In 1924.　March
Keizo Izawa, the first president, founded Miyama Corporation in Shirokane Sanko-cho, Shiba-ku, Tokyo, and began manufacturing radio parts.

In 1933.　March
Developed many kinds of radio parts such as chip jacks and vacuum tube sockets, etc., and acquired utility model rights OctoberRelocated the head office and plant to 362, Higashinakanobu 1-chome, Ebara-ku, Tokyo, and established Miyama Manufacturing Co.

In1940.　March
The second plant was established at 2-844 Nishi-Togoshi, Ebara-ku, Tokyo.

In 1944.　May
The Chichibu Plant is established in Chichibu-cho, Saitama Prefecture.

In1945.
In May, the first and second plants were hit by air raids and in July, the company was evacuated to Morioka City to prepare for the construction of a new plant, but was forced to stop due to the defeat in the war.

In1948.
Business resumed at 56 Kamiikegami, Ota-ku, Tokyo in May.

In1949.　March
Miyama Electric Co., Ltd. was established with capital of 300,000 yen.

In1953.
Released a cushioning socket for GT pipe and a new product, the “Minomushi Clip” (practical proposal)

In1960.
Constructed the head office building at the current location in October.

In1962.
Exports begin in March, capital increased to 3.5 million yen.

In1967.　March
Opened the Osaka office.

In1968.
Acquired UL standards for switches, etc. in September.

In1969.　December
Acquired CSA standards for switches, etc.

In1973.
Opened Magome Office in December and relocated the production department.

In1974.
Increased capital to 47.25 million yen in September

In1976.
SeptemberKeizo Izawa appointed Chairman of the Board and Ryo Izawa appointed President.

Nagoya office was opened in March.

Soichiro Ueda assumed the position of President.

Miyama acquired ISO 9001 certification.

Hideki Matsuyama is appointed as President and Director.

New head office building was built in November.

Established Shanghai Xingshan Hardware Manufacturing Co.

Established Guangzhou Xingshan Automotive Parts Manufacturing Co.

In2004  October
Miyama acquired ISO 14001 certification.

In2007
Established SIAM MIYAMA ELECTRIC CO.LTD in October.

In2013 August
Acquired SIAM MIYAMA ELECTRIC ISO 9001.

In2014
Shanghai Xingshan Hardware Manufacturing Co., Ltd. acquired ISO14001 certification.

In2015
Acquired SIAM MIYAMA ELECTRIC IATF16949 in April.

In2019
Established Miyama Electric India Private Limited in March　In October, Shanghai Xingshan Tool Manufacturing Co.
